Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email or notification with pickup details.
Order Fulfillment Locations
We do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up at one of the following locations:
Farmer's Market: Onancock Farmer's Market, 22 Market Street, Onancock, VA
Pickup Hours: Saturdays, 9 AM - Noon
Our Farm: Perennial Roots Farm, 23345 Decormis Street, Accomac, Virginia 23301
Pickup Hours: Fridays, 3 PM - 6 PM
Pickup Details
When your order is ready, you will be notified with specific instructions for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect your items.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us at perennialroots@gmail.com or 1-757-709-8761 within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes or cancellations may not be possible as your order may already be in processing.
Missed Pickups
Orders must be picked up during the specified times. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time. Orders not claimed within 48 hours may be canceled, and refunds may not be available.
